We provide Support Coordination and Good Life Planning for NDIS participants and their families.
We provide Consultancy and tailored Training programs for providers.
We exist to empower, educate and support you and your family to create good lives, to think ‘outside the box’, and to identify innovative ways to bring your dreams into reality.
We know first hand how important it is to have someone in your corner, so we bring kindness and compassion to your life, helping work through challenges, especially when things get tough or your circumstances change.
With a background in neurology and psychology, and over 25 years of working with federal government legislation with a lived experience of disability, we understand your complex and unique circumstances. Everyone’s journey is different, so our services are personalised and tailored to you and your needs.
We work with families, disability service providers and local community services to build connection and visions for the future, while creating a vibrant and inclusive society.
