about us
Fiona Lawton – Director
Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences
(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
Bachelor of Science (Psychology)
Bachelor of Aviation (Management)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Fiona is the founder and Director of Neu Pathways Australia.
Fiona is qualified in psychology and a certified trainer, with over 25 years in federal government navigating legislation and policy, and over 18 years of lived experience as the proud mum of her son, Connor who has Angelman syndrome, Epilepsy, and other complex challenges.
When Connor was preparing to transition from high school Fiona struggled to find services that would provide continued learning pathways, intensive therapeutic supports, and would stimulate continued neurological development that would see Connor thrive as an independent member of society.
Fiona knew that people with Functional Neurological Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury and other complex and rare neurological conditions also struggled to have their needs understood and met by NDIS and other mainstream services.
So she decided to create something innovative, thoughtful, tailored and targeted to meet their needs, and to help them to thrive.
Neu Pathways was created because of the need to provide specialist, professional and tailored support for people with complex neurological conditions and/or intellectual disability.
